We offer a flexible cancellation policy of 100% refund within 14 days.

Our condos are homes within a resort, so you will be sharing the communal spaces with other guests and owners.

The maximum allowance by the resorts is 6 guests in a two bedroom condo. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests so the right amount of wristbands will be ready for you upon arrival. There will be an $50 additional fee per guest for day-before or same-day additions. Wristbands are required in the resorts. Resorts do not allow guests of guests unless they are also staying there.

Each resort has it's own age restriction policy and quite hours. Please check the individual listing.

Casa Blanca Golf Resort is the only resort which allows guests to bring pets. The maxium allowance is 2 pets per reservation. Dogs are also required to have a wristband on the collar, so please be sure to register your pups. We charge a $50 flat pet fee.
